Commercial Steel Coil

The commercial steel coil is made of continuous casting or blooming slab, heated by stepping heating furnace, descaled by high pressure water, and rolled into roughing mill, after finishing rolling, it is cooled by Laminar flow (cooling rate controlled by computer) and coiling by coiler to make straight hair coil.

 

Commercial Steel Coils are widely used in construction, machinery, boiler, pressure vessel and so on because of their high strength, good toughness, easy forming and good weldability.

Application Scope:

general cold rolling after annealing;

galvanizing unit with annealing pretreatment equipment for galvanizing;

basically do not need to process the face plate.
