Worried about fake "corten" steel? We strictly adhere to the JIS G3125 standard, ensuring the correct mass fraction of Copper (0.25-0.60%), Chromium (0.30-1.25%), and Nickel (≤0.65%). Every coil comes with an original Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and supports third-party inspection (e.g., SGS).

Container panels require complex corrugation. Our SPA-H coils feature controlled Yield Strength (≥345MPa for ≤6mm) and excellent Elongation (≥22%). This ensures the material can withstand bending (radius 0.5t) and deep drawing processes without cracking or deforming.

Stop frequent container maintenance. Thanks to the dense oxide layer formed by Cu, Cr, and Ni, our SPA-H steel offers 2 to 8 times better atmospheric corrosion resistance than ordinary carbon steel. It is specifically engineered to withstand high-salt marine fog and extreme temperature fluctuations.

Structural integrity relies on good welds. We strictly control impurities like Phosphorus (≤0.040%) and Sulfur (≤0.030%). This ensures our SPA-H steel maintains structural stability during welding, preventing brittle fractures in container corner posts and frames.
