The main purpose of cold-rolled CRNGO steel is for the manufacture of generators, so it is also called cold-rolled electrical silicon steel. The silicon content is 0.5% to 3.0%, and the supply state is 0.35mm and 0.5mm thick steel strips after cold rolling to the finished product thickness. The Bs of cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel is higher than that of grain-oriented silicon steel. Compared with hot-rolled silicon steel, it has uniform thickness, high size and smooth surface, which improves the filling factor and magnetic energy of the material.

 

Silicon steel sheet is an extremely low-carbon ferrosilicon soft magnetic alloy indispensable for electric power, electronics and military industries. It is also the metal functional material with the largest output. Its output accounts for about 1% of the world's steel production. It is a silicon-containing 0.8 %-4.8% ferrosilicon alloy, hot and cold rolled into silicon steel sheets with a thickness of less than 1mm. Adding silicon can increase the resistivity and maximum permeability of iron, reduce the coercive force, core loss (iron loss) and magnetic aging, and is mainly used as the iron core of various motors, generators and transformers.
