55% Galvalume Steel Coil

55% galvalume steel coil is a super material compared with regular Galvanized Steel. Aluzinc is a coating material formed from a mixture of Aluminum (55%), Zinc (43.4%) and Silicon (1.6%). Durable and long-lasting, it provides superior performance and corrosion resistance under all environmental conditions.

Since the steel plate will be oxidized and rusted when it is damp, it is necessary to add an anti-corrosion protective layer on the surface. Generally, the anti-corrosion coating is divided into hot-dip galvanized Zn and hot-dip galvanized Al-Zn (aluminum-zinc alloy composition is 55% aluminum) , 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, referred to as 55%Al-Zn). The minimum hot-dip galvanized Zinc/Galvanizing specification for cold-rolled steel and floor slabs for building structures is 275 g/㎡ (Z27), and the requirement for coastal exposed parts is 350 g/㎡ (Z35).
