The use of wear plate:

1) Thermal power plant: medium-speed coal mill cylinder liner, fan impeller casing, dust collector flue, ash discharge pipe, bucket wheel liner, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher liner, coal hopper, crusher liner Plates, burners, coal drop hoppers, hopper linings, air preheater support tiles, separator guide vanes. NM360/400 wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 6-10mm can be used.

The operating environment of the coal yard is harsh, and there are certain requirements for the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plate. It is recommended to use NM400/450 HARDOX400 wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 8-26mm.

3) Cement plant: chute lining, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, classifier blade and guide vane, fan blade and lining, recovery hopper lining, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipe components, frit cooling plate lining, Conveying trough lining. These parts also require wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant wear-resistant steel plates. A wear-resistant steel plate with a material of NM360/400 HARDOX400 and a thickness of 8-30mmd can be used.

4) Construction machinery: cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing building, mixer liner, dust collector liner, brick machine formwork. It is recommended to use NM360/400 wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 10-30mm.

5) Wear-resistant steel plates can also be used for sand mill cylinders, blades, various cargo yards, wharf machinery parts, bearing structural parts, railway wheel structural parts, rolls, etc.
