Base Plate
The popular types for base plate and top plate are flower plate and square plate. Common sizes are 120*120mm, 150*150mm, and 140*140mm with a thickness of 3-8mm.
Screw Part
There are two kinds of threading parts. One has a welding joint and the other one doesn't have a welding joint, which is screwing directly on the outside tube.
Nut Coupler
The wing nut coupler is frequently used in heavy-duty steel props, while the cup nut is common in light-duty steel props. Usually the cup nut steel props have the tube size 48/56mm.
Smooth welding lines
We have 5 auto welding lines in production; all props are welded with solid and smooth welding lines. During the in-line production process, our QC will detect the lack of welding.
