Features

Key Features of Promisteel Aluzinc Steel Roofing

Superior Corrosion Resistance

This composition creates a dense, protective layer that resists corrosion from moisture, salt, and harsh weather conditions. The aluminum forms a stable oxide barrier, while zinc provides cathodic protection, making it up to 4 times more corrosion-resistant than traditional galvanized steel

High Strength-to-Weight Ratio

The steel substrate combined with the Aluzinc coating ensures structural integrity while maintaining a lightweight profile. This makes it easy to handle and install, reducing labor costs and minimizing stress on building structures

Excellent Heat Resistance

Aluzinc steel can withstand temperatures up to 315°C, making it suitable for applications like chimney pipes, ovens, and roofing in regions with extreme climates. The coating's thermal stability prevents deformation and ensures long-term performance under high heat

Low Maintenance

The corrosion-resistant properties of Aluzinc significantly reduce the need for frequent repainting or repairs. Its natural silvery spangled finish remains intact for decades with minimal upkeep, saving both time and resources

Versatile Applications

Suitable for both residential and commercial roofing, as well as siding, gutters, and agricultural structures. The material's flexibility allows for easy shaping and customization to meet architectural requirements

Energy Efficiency

Promisteel's Aluzinc roofing reflects solar radiation, helping to reduce heat absorption in buildings. This can lower cooling costs in hot climates and improve overall energy efficiency

Ease of Installation

Promisteel's Aluzinc steel sheets are designed for straightforward installation, supporting various roofing techniques. They can be cut, welded, and formed using standard tools, reducing installation time and complexity

Long Lifespan

With proper installation, Promisteel's Aluzinc roofing can last 25+ years in most environments, offering a cost-effective solution due to its extended service life
