Malaysia Ends Anti-dumping Duties On CRC From Both Countries

After an administrative review, the Malaysian government decided to cancel the anti-dumping duties on imports of cold-rolled coils from Vietnam and South Korea.

The Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia announced that since the dumping margin was lower than 2% of the export price, the government finally decided to terminate the collection of anti-dumping duties and investigations. The previous tariffs on Vietnamese and Korean cold-rolled coils with a thickness of 0.2-2.6mm and a width of 700-1300mm ranged from 0 to 33.7%, valid from October 9, 2021 to October 8, 2026; The 1300mm tariff ranges from 0 to 20.13% and is effective from December 25, 2019 to December 24, 2024
