Turkey Launches Second Expiry Review Of Anti-dumping Duties On China-related Stainless Steel Welded Pipes

Turkey has recently launched the second expiration review of anti-dumping duties on stainless steel welded pipes originating from China. The corresponding HS codes of the products involved are 7306.40.20.90.00, 7306.40.80.90.00, and 7306.61.10.00.00. This review is by Turkey The application was made by domestic producer Marcegaglia TR Paslanmaz Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Turkey began to impose anti-dumping duties on stainless steel welded pipes originating from China in March 2013, with a tax rate of 13.82%-25.27%. The CIF price was used as the starting point for collection. After the first expiry review, the tax rate was adjusted to 13.82%-20.50%.
