The First Iron Ore Briquette Facility in Brazil, Vale, Has Begun Load Tests.

According to the report, Vale, the world's largest producer of iron ore and nickel, recently stated that its first iron ore briquette factory has begun load testing at the Tubaro Unit in Vitória, Brazil, implying that formal production is imminent.

The adhesive technology solution increases the mechanical strength of the product while reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 10% throughout the manufacturing process when compared to typical blast furnace procedures. Briquettes can also be utilized to replace pellets in direct reduction pathways.

One of Vale's two briquette facilities in Tubaro will open this year, with the other slated to open early next year, with a combined annual production of 6 million tons and the creation of 2,300 construction jobs.、
